Michael Morris

Director of Growth & Partnerships

As Director of Growth & Partnerships, Michael is responsible for the organization’s philanthropic funding and brand positioning as GSC looks to widen its impact in service to corporate and national association members across the global solar and storage industry. Prior to joining GSC, Michael was a founding partner of Engagement Lab, a strategic communications advisory in the global energy transition. He has been an active voice in the renewables sector since 2017 and is passionate about building a fair and just clean energy future as the solar energy sector climbs toward 1 TW annual installation per year. Prior to Engagement Lab, he was the Director of Brand & Communications at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind. Before joining the renewable energy industry, he held a variety of senior executive positions within the NGO sector for more than 20 years. Michael lives in Denmark.
